This recipe from the first issue of the journal "Simple and easy" is very fond of us for Breakfast. Good old toast in the new variations. Fast and satisfying. What else do you need in the morning?

Cooking
Spread slices of bread with half portion of butter, and then optionally, a thin layer spread pull off mustard. It adds zest to sandwiches.
On 2 slices of bread put 2 slices of cheese and sausages.
Cover with the remaining two slices of bread. Firmly press and cut diagonally.
Whisk the egg with milk, add salt to taste.
Soak the finished sandwiches in egg-milk mixture, the bread should soften.
Preheat in a pan the remaining butter with a few tablespoons of vegetable. Fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes on one side until Golden brown, then reduce heat, flip and brown the other side.
Put the sandwiches on a paper towel and DAB excess oil.
Serve hot with tomato and gherkins. Bon appetit!
