Saverton pita with vegetables
Simple to prepare, juicy, flavorful, mouth-watering appetizer of pita bread and vegetables. Very popular at picnics.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cilantro

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Eggplant cut into strips and cover with salt to get rid of bitterness. Withstand 15 minutes.

Further, the eggplant, wash well, dry with paper towel. Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil, fry the aubergines for 5 minutes until it will turn brown on a medium heat.

Pour soy sauce TM Kikkoman (2 tbsp).

Stir and simmer 2 minutes, the eggplant on medium heat.

Vegetables and herbs my. Pepper, tomato and cucumber cut into cubes or strips. Finely chop the cilantro.

Directly on a picnic, take a piece of pita bread, cut in half, RUB the garlic. With the edge of the sheet, put stewed eggplant.

On eggplant put the chopped vegetables and herbs. Sprinkle ground mixture of peppers.

Sprinkle with soy sauce TM Kikkoman.

Bend one edge of pita bread to vegetables.

Turn pita bread into a roll - saverton.

Put Tiverton on the grill pan on the coals, dried for 1 minute on each side, so that the pita bread was crispy. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
