Cooking
Mix the flour, eggs, milk, salt, vinegar, knead the dough and remove for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough on the table, in the center put the soft margarine, cut into pieces, in the form of a square.
Fold over the edges of the envelope.
Well roll out, lightly flour, fold again and roll, so to do 4 times.
To roll the dough like a towel, put in bag and clean in the cold for 20-25 minutes. Here and ready our puff pastry, which you can bake any puff pastry, but if you don't have time right oven or the dough is too much, it can be frozen.
Roll on the table a layer of dough, cut it into strips 2x30 cm, thickness 4 mm.
The strips are screwed on conical forms or the bottles of Fanta or Cola, starting from the narrow end. Each coil needs to find another one at about 5 mm. Finish to wind the dough, not reaching to the edge of 1.5-2 cm So you can make molds out of foil, folded it several times for the density.
Lay the rolls on a baking sheet moistened with water, put in hot oven and bake at a temperature of 220-240 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until just brown.
The finished rolls cool slightly and remove from cones.
For the cream need candy "Cow".
Melt candy in small amount of milk.
Pour half of the milk, boil. In a separate bowl mix the remaining cold milk and flour, to avoid lumps, and pour this mixture into the boiling milk with melted candy, stirring constantly. Boil until thick. Cool.
The cooled mass is whipped with softened butter. Turns out very tasty cream.
Fill the tube with cream and put them in a cold place.
