Very easy to prepare hearty vegetable salad! Conventional, well-known buckwheat in combination with a bright range of vegetables and aromatic herbs is becoming very interesting! This salad will decorate the family dinner, and can act as a completely separate dish!

Cooking
Buckwheat, I have a TM Mistral, boil until tender in slightly salted water.
Cereals ready to take out, to drain excess fluid.
Small pieces chop the peppers, cucumber and tomato.
Add it to the cooled buckwheat porridge.
Chop the herbs and green onions.
Slice the olives. Add to the salad. Mix gently, add pepper (salt not needed, adjust the amount to your taste), season salad with fragrant oil. And serve immediately to the table!
