Offer you my warm vegetable salad. Prepare it often, in season vegetables. Minimum effort, maximum pleasure. Let's start...

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sesame

Main ingredients.

First, cut the eggplant into strips and season with salt a pinch of salt, to stack the juice and the bitterness left. Set it aside.

Cut the zucchini as julienne and fry on medium heat in a minimal amount of oil until Golden brown.

Next, cut the pepper ( in my case gogoshary) slices and fry in the same way we add to the zucchini.

Then do the onion, cut it into large half-rings and fry.

Squeeze gently, so as not to break the eggplant, fry and add to the other vegetables.

And last fry the tomatoes, cut into large strips.

The mushrooms squeeze of excess marinade and add to vegetables.

During roasting vegetables, preparing simple dressing of honey, soy sauce and mustard.

Mix all ingredients and fill them vegetables. Stir. The salad is ready. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Bon appetit. Thank you.
