French salad
Many imagine a dish with the same name too complex and refined. But it's not. In this salad, one main ingredient - onions. The French love their onions and know how to cook it. In this case, the minimum of cost and ingredients and a great result! Even at the holiday table, this salad will not be lost and will certainly find its admirers. Recipe from Julia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Prepare the ingredients.

Onions cut into thin half-rings, sprinkle with vinegar, mix-and-marinated 10 min. If you don't like vinegar you can use lemon juice. The tear lettuce with your hands, place them on a dish, on a salad onion.
