Prepare the ingredients.
Onions cut into thin half-rings, sprinkle with vinegar, mix-and-marinated 10 min. If you don't like vinegar you can use lemon juice. The tear lettuce with your hands, place them on a dish, on a salad onion.
Prepare the filling: mint and finely chop the garlic, mustard mixed with vinegar left over from pickling the onions, add olive oil mix well, season with salt and pepper.
