Cooking
Meat cut into small pieces
Cover with water, boil, periodically removing the foam.
When the meat is ready, pour the broth into a separate bowl and add the meat finely chopped onion and simmer. Add broth as needed so the onions don't burn.
When the onion is ready, add the broth, enough to cover the meat completely. Then add asparagus, then the wine and cook for about 5 minutes, until asparagus are soft.
Add salt and herbs and pepper.
To prevent, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. The dish is ready.
