Useful satisfying side dish with very rich flavor. Juicy, tender and spicy at the same time. Can be served with chicken or meat. Recipe from Julia Vysotskaya with small changes.

Cooking
Boil the lentils until tender 20-25 minutes. The water is drained.
In butter lightly fry the finely chopped onion, garlic. Add the grated grated ginger. Bring all to light Goldberry. The scent of magic!
Then add chopped tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes with the lid closed. You can add chopped chili peppers, but I didn't put. Ginger ostanki seemed to me enough.
Pour in the cream, salt, add turmeric and curry, simmer a couple more minutes on very low heat. Then combine with lentils.
