Baskets with rice and chicken liver
Today I decided to make a simple and delicious recipe, called: "puff-pastry shell with rice and chicken livers, mozzarella cheese". Tasty, simple, fast.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    225 g

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

The dough defrosted.

Prepare the filling for the baskets. The liver to clean, rinse, grind in a meat grinder.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil.

To the onions add the liver and fry. Season with a little salt.

To the boiled rice add the fried liver and stir.

Pour the cream, mix well.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Each layer of dough to divide into 3 parts. The batter is a little to podcating, put into a form for muffins. On the dough put the stuffing.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in a preheated 220*C oven for 20 min., until Golden brown.
