For the dough pour the milk in a saucepan (the bowl), add 6 tablespoons of sugar, bring to the boil and boil while stirring to dissolve the sugar crystals. Added to the cream cheese all that forms the filling: eggs, sugar, semolina, raisins, nuts, zest, vanilla.
All thoroughly mixed, let stand 15 minutes (to let the ingredients "get used" to each other).
The dough is divided into two parts, one part roll a couple of inches larger than the diameter of the form (I D 24 cm, but you can roll it out on D 26 cm), put in a greased form and formed bumpers. The filling is spread evenly across the form.
