Grissini with sesame seeds, paprika and cumin
For me, Italy is also my favorite grissini. I've never been to Italy, but Italian restaurants, cafes-it's mine!!! the first thing, of course, I eat the grissini. And so decided to cook them at home. Moreover, the experience was a success. Join us!

Ingredients

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Olive oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Water

    130 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

For grissini is better to take the flour soft wheat, but I such did not find, took the ordinary-the highest grade. Water slightly heated to about 40*C, it stirred the yeast, stir until full dissolution

Coming up to roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm. Cut into thin strips

Put the strips on a baking tray lined with parchment and keep warm for another 15-20 minutes. I our sticks are slightly twisted. Drizzle with olive oil

Billet sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 210-220*With the oven for 8-10 minutes until Golden brown
