Cooking
Prepare food for pate.
Vegetables cut into arbitrarily. Garlic -finely.
Form brush with olive oil, spread on the bottom of the onions, then the liver cut in small pieces. The liver is slightly potseluem and pepper to taste.
Spread the carrots and top with ricotta.
Potseluem cream in a glass and pour in the form.
Cover with a lid ( I have silicone) or just foil and put in oven for 40 minutes at t 180 C bake.
Hot straight grind in any way with vegetables. I broke the blender.
Ready. Put in a suitable container with lids and put in refrigerator to cool and harden.
Serve. Spread on bread, toast or as you want a nice paste apply.
