Squid in Korean
Tender calamari with a slightly caramelized vegetables and all that is pungent and slightly acute... try this snack that may take place on the holiday table...

Ingredients

  • Squid

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Squid clean, and throwing in boiling, salted water for 20-30 seconds, pull out and immediately under cold water. Cut into strips

Cut onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown

Carrot grate, looks best on a grater for Korean carrot, bell pepper, cut into julienne

Fry the peppers and carrots are also in vegetable oil

Mix squid, onions, peppers, carrots. Add seasoning, pressed garlic, sugar, vinegar. All mix well.

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir again.

Put into the fridge for at least a couple of hours to infuse. Served. Bon appetit!!!
