Breast breaded in French
"Escalope de poulet au muesli" - literally, "Chicken cutlets with muesli" - a delicious dish of breast of chicken or Turkey, breaded in hazelnut with yoghurt and a hint of pear! To serve the dish as an appetizer with vegetables, I cooked with rose aubergine - help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Breast of Turkey

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    0.333 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Peanuts

    1 cup

  • Olive oil

  • Thyme

  • Salt

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

Cooking

Take the slices of Turkey breast or chicken.

Walnuts grind to small pieces.

Yoghurt mixed with paprika, chilli, garlic and salt.

Breast smear yogurt mass on one side, flip and coat the other side.

Well sprinkle nuts on both sides, slightly pushing them.

In hot oil fry the breast with one hand, then flip.

Fry on the other hand, reduce the heat to low, close the lid, sprinkle with thyme and zagotoviti 5-7 minutes.

Eggplant cut into thin slices.

Fry the eggplant in the grill pan.

Ready the breast and eggplant cool.

From warm eggplant to form a rose (can use a toothpick to bond) and allow to cool completely (remove the toothpick).

To serve, adding fresh herbs, vegetables and a little prisoliv sea salt!
