Anchovies under a fur coat on a corn tortilla
Our own salad "under a fur coat" is surprisingly popular with many foreigners. With anchovies, it turns out more tender, and the polenta gives a nice contrast of textures and taste.

Ingredients

  • Anchovies

    200 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

  • Corn

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

1. Carrots, beets, potatoes, eggs, corn kernels and boil until tender.

2. 2 eggs lightly whisk, gradually introduce the flour, add salt, pepper and pour the finished corn. Onions cut into small cubes and add to the dough.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put a few tablespoons of dough, forming a round pancake. Fry tortillas on both sides for 2 minutes until Golden brown.
