Cake dessert with caramel

Ingredients

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Walnuts

    130 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    30 ml

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Starch

    45 g

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

To prepare the sponge cake separate the whites from the yolks

Whip the egg yolks with 1/3 of the sugar, lemon zest and salt. Beat the whites in a very solid foam, gradually adding the remaining sugar.

Beaten egg whites gently mixed into the yolk mixture with a spatula.

Mix the flour with starch. Sift in the resulting mass.

Then add the chopped almonds. Gently mix everything.

The bottom of a split form 26 cm onto the paper and pour the batter. Bake in preheated to 190 degree oven for 30 min.

To prepare the impregnation mix the orange juice, grated orange zest, lemon juice, water, honey and cognac. Bring this mixture to a boil.

Abundantly soak the biscuit.

To prepare the cream: boil the milk with the vanilla and about 1/3 of sugar. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks and starch with 2-3 tablespoons of hot milk.

Beat the whites in a very solid foam, gradually adding rest of sugar. Whipped egg yolks with starch poured with vigorous stirring into the boiling milk, give it a few times to get up.

Remove from the heat. And immediately mixed into the whipped proteins.

Smear with cream the top and sides of cake to give to freeze the cream.
