Cooking
Peeled potatoes cut into cubes and fry in a deep frying pan.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and add to the potatoes, add salt to taste.
While our potatoes are fried on slow fire, we'll deal with the so-called filling. Mix 100 grams of mayonnaise with tomato paste.
Now the sauce - the remaining 100 grams of mayonnaise whisk raw eggs.
Back to the potatoes. Half roasted potatoes, coat with a mixture of mayonnaise and tomato paste, you can add the greens.
Close the top with the remaining potatoes and pour mayonnaise prepared with egg. You can leave to simmer all this on low heat for about 15 minutes, but I'm posting this in the preheated oven, too, for 15 minutes.
Almost finished... Meanwhile I fry chicken, because the potato is only a side dish.
