Pork in wine and pomegranate marinade

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

  • Sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Coriander

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

The neck to wash and dry with a cloth. Prepare marinade: In a dry white wine add the pomegranate sauce, nutmeg, ground coriander, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Stir it well.
