The cake from the zucchini with bacon
The mother continues to supply my summer zucchini, and I was trying to think of something new. Thus was born this mouth-watering cupcake that a couple of days happened a great Breakfast for my husband.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Parmesan

    70 g

Cooking

On a coarse grater grate the zucchini and add 2 eggs.

Add the grated Parmesan.

Pour the flour.

Add the cream. The dough should be like thick cream.

Add the chopped bacon.

Put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

The finished cake remove from oven and cool.
