Cooking
All products must be at room temperature. Peaches peel and bones, sprinkle with brandy. Sift flour with baking powder and vanilla. Beat butter with white sugar and, without ceasing to whisk, to enter the eggs one by one.
On low speed of mixer in small portions to enter the yogurt, alternating with the flour.
Add the nuts and stir with a spatula.
Place the dough into the pan 26cm in diameter, greased and floured, the bottom lay a baking paper. Pave peach and whole nuts.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Be guided by your oven! Hot ready pie to grease with jam, allow to cool and release from molds.
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
