Bread, pumpkin with cranberry, orange and brandy
In Canada, baking in the fall is definitely with the addition of pumpkin. The most popular Thanksgiving holiday is October 10, and the menu besides the traditional turkeys obligatory pumpkin pie or bread. Because I already bought a pumpkin for my first recipe, it is necessary (pumpkin) use and therefore propose for the autumn menu of sweet and fragrant pumpkin bread with cranberries, orange and brandy. These combinations give the bread a Golden color and the aroma will attract attention as soon as you put your bread in the oven. So come and help yourself!

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cranberry

    0.5 cup

  • Brandy

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Pour into a bowl the flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and salt. And also soda and baking powder.

Take half a small pumpkin, clean it from the seeds and grate

In another bowl, add and whisk the eggs alternately with half a Cup of brown sugar. Let's add mashed pumpkin.

Add to the same dish even half a Cup of sugar

and the zest from a large orange

All whisk again, squeeze the juice from the orange and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

And the final touch - a half a Cup of dry cranberries, mix all... the aroma from the test already is amazing

Spread the batter in the form, not forgetting to grease the bottom of the form oil.
