Eggplant rolls stuffed with herbs
The recipe is very simple, fast and delicious. In the post, and nature, and holidays, and weekdays.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 kg

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Eggplant wash, cut lengthwise into thin slices. Do not add salt.

Fry the slices on both sides and lay out on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Parsley, dill, cilantro, and green onions chop. Mix in a bowl. Ideally, add another half a bunch of green Basil, but we have now never find it.
