Never thought I would like it in a dish of cold rice. Probably the trick at making sushi and rolls. It is now acceptable to me rice and in salads, and snacks. Very tasty snack turned out, the ingredients are simple and affordable. Rolls out rich and beautiful.

Cooking
For this dish I chose a mix of white basmati rice and wild rice aquatics. It should be boiled in salted water.
Vegetables (I used frozen cuts) to thaw in a saucepan on low heat, to evaporate all the water, add butter, then 5-7 minutes.
The beef I took the already sliced, you can use any ham, thinly sliced.
To combine vegetables and rice. Add cheese, mix well.
Meat put a spoonful of filling, roll spinning.
You can feather green onions, so more interesting.
Of this amount, the filling turns 10-12 pieces Bon appetit.
