Eclairs with caramel cream
Make popovers really is not difficult. And their taste can change with different toppings.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Gelatin

    5 g

  • Water

    30 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Milk

    170 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

To prepare the eclairs, combine milk, water, salt, sugar and butter. Bring to a boil so that the butter melted.
