Almond cake
In the gentle piece of cake hides a delicious Duo of almond meringue and a stunning cream, it literally melts in your mouth - there's a surprise guest! Recipe from "Ratatouille" with my changes and additions. Turned out VERY TASTY!!!

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    180 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Egg white

    7 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cream

    350 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Coffee natural

    2 tsp

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

We prepare our products, proteins cool, boil a Cup of organic coffee, turn on the oven to 160*C

Nuts grind in a blender, add the flour and 1/4 Cup. sugar

Large rectangular baking tray lay a baking paper, grease refined. Beat the whites with the sliver of salt in a dense foam, then add sugar and beat until the disappearance of the sugar grains.

Add walnut mass and mix gently.

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 160*C

Cool, separate from the paper. Is easily separated.

Strain the cooled coffee, add 1 tbsp of gelatin and send it to 10 sec. in the microwave to gelatin dispersed. The recipe was not gelatin, but I have a bad whipped cream, so I hooked the cream with gelatin. And use more and your nerves intact!

Whip the cream in a quart jar until thick (very comfortable!), then add powdered sugar. When the grains disperse, pour a thin stream of coffee gelatin mixture and liqueur (if any). Remove the jar in the fridge.

Cooled Korzh cut into 2 parts and 4, then turn out cake 4-tier!

Decorate with candy "Raffaello", but I took the other, also very tasty! Sprinkle coconut flakes on top, in the package it's a lot additionally not worth buying. Cake put into the refrigerator for impregnation, it is delicious on the second day!
