Baked eggplant with tuna
For those who love eggplant

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Tuna

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Margarine

  • Bread crumbs

Cut eggplant in half and remove the middle (waste not!).

In a skillet of heated olive oil, add the tuna (after draining it with the oil), finely chopped onion and diced the middle of the eggplant. Fry, add salt, pepper and oregano. Stuff received a lot of eggplants

On the bottom of the mold (for baking in the oven), put the pieces of margarine and on top of it is tomato cut into rings. On tomatoes put the eggplant. Sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs.
