I want to offer my version of marmalade of onion. This marmalade is a great complement to meat dishes of the holiday table! Very aromatic, berry!!!

Peel the onion and cut into half rings Heat the pan with high sides with vegetable oil.
Pour into a pan the onion, cranberries, honey, salt, add balsamic vinegar.
Fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes and add the wine. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes under the lid, stirring regularly.
To remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice. After 20 minutes the onions add the zest and lemon juice, add fire and boiled onion powder until thick (it took about 10 minutes).
