Heh beef and carrots
Love Korean cuisine. I decided to cook. Ready for any criticism (about the raw meat and not only).

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Beef

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

Cooking

Beef cut into thin strips (I cut podstawie meat, it's more convenient).

Soak the meat in 9% vinegar for 5-6 hours.

Chop the carrot on the Korean grater.

Add the onion, roughly chopped.

From the meat to drain the brine, rinse, and add to the carrots.

Add Korean spice, hot oil and pour into the salad, snack-a quick mix.
