Description

Mayonnaise

Vegetable oil
Cooking
Eggplant wash, cut lengthwise into thin slices.
Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Peanuts and parsley mix in a blender.
Chop the garlic and mix with mayonnaise.
Add mayonnaise to peanut and parsley, turn out the stuffing.
Eggplant on a platter, top evenly spread some of the filling, roll roll. For the holiday table can be decorated with skewers - nice and comfortable.
