I'm not a master of cakes, especially decorating, so really appreciate easy to prepare, delicious, and turn out very cute. This is one of them. The recipe I found on another website. (thank you, kristinochka)

Honey-coconut cake: beat the egg yolks with vegetable oil and sugar. Add the honey, sea buckthorn juice, flour with baking powder. ( If You don't have sea buckthorn, it is possible instead of 2 tbsp. of honey put 4 tbsp and it's just a honey cake that is also delicious.)

In the end, add milk and mix well. The dough will be liquid. Bake in a preheated 200C oven for 9-10 minutes, no more, otherwise it will burn.

Walnut cake: whip the chilled whites with sugar. Add the softened butter and again vzbit. Add the flour with the baking powder and 150 gr of nuts.

Stir well. The dough turns thick. Bake in preheated oven to 200C for 15-20 minutes until yellow.

While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream: whisk boiled condensed milk with chilled sour cream.

Chilled honey sea buckthorn cake to grease cream. Nutty crust to break into arbitrary small pieces, dip in cream and put on the honey-chamomile cake slide.
