Chicken rinse, cut into small pieces and put in a bowl, where it will marinate. Salt and pepper to taste, squeeze the garlic.
Grate the zest from one lemon and squeeze the juice.
Zucchini cut into strips (not to thin) and fry in vegetable oil. While the zucchini are young, I don't clean.
When zucchini is slightly browned, add the onion, cut into strips.
Fry slightly all together. Put in the saucepan in which the chicken is braised. Add the tomato, sliced.
And the chopped Basil. We have it now is purple, it is more rough than the green, but to extinguish the very suitable. Salt and pepper - to taste.
Chicken fry in vegetable oil (in a clean pan), until Golden brown.
Cover and simmer until tender (25-30 minutes), on low heat.
Serve with any side dish, but very tasty with rice.
