These meatballs with broth love my home. I like this dish because it is not very heavy, and in the presence of broth. You could say the first and second dish. Two in one:)))

In minced meat add cooked rice and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the onion, carrots, potatoes. Chop the onion half rings, carrots - julienne, potatoes-slices.

In a pot fry the onions until Golden brown. Then add carrots-sauté. Put the tomatoes and tomato paste-fry.

Put the potatoes in the cauldron, fill with water.

When the water boils, make minced meat of large balls. Put meat balls into the boiling broth. Add the finely chopped garlic. Simmer until cooked potatoes and meatballs.
