Description
Today I tried these lepeshechki. They are not soft like regular pellets, sometimes even crunchy. Who likes it - go. By the way, this is a traditional rustic bread of Sicily. I am personally a supporter of bochonochkov ordinary bread, but, for variety, sometimes you can try that option.

Cooking
Mix the flour, yeast and half a teaspoon of salt. Add the butter, then pour carbonated water, knead a soft dough. Knead for about 4-5min. to of elasticity.
divide the dough into 8 parts. Roll them into balls
Roll out each ball into not very thin round piece
The oven by this time it had better warm up to 220g. Spread on a baking sheet cakes.Put 4 portions in the oven. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Bake 8-10 minutes fry!
