Muffins with cream cheese, liqueur "Baileys", very tasty)))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Liqueur

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

RUB the cheese with a spoonful of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of cream liqueur.

Mix together: flour + soda + baking powder. Mix in a bowl the egg+ sugar+ oil+ milk (or yogurt).

Add flour mixture, stir batter.

Take out the muffin from the fridge and spread the dough 1 tablespoon (no slides). The top in the middle of the cheese mixture, close the remaining batter.
