Cupcake with potatoes and cheese
Dear cooks! I offer you simple to prepare, but no less delicious with potatoes and cheese. The recipe comes from the Turkish cookbook.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

First, boil in salted water the potatoes and carrots.

When the vegetables are ready, cool them a bit and cut into small dice.

In bowl, lightly beat the eggs, add the yogurt, oil, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper to taste and chopped Basil leaves (I was not a fresh, I added dried). Mix well.

In the dough add the potatoes with carrots and grated cheese. Again mix well.

Put the dough into molds (or one large form), metal grease with a little oil. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes, to better focus on your oven. Once the cupcakes are ready, let them cool slightly in the baking pan, then remove.
