Chicken casserole
Labour day is a great opportunity to get out into nature for a picnic. But yesterday the weather did not allow us to do it. Decided to celebrate at home. Looking for a fresh recipe for something yummy. Give you what happened. Savor the taste of the Apple.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Buy all the necessary products.

Shinkuem onions finely and fry until Golden brown.

Fillet cut into medium-sized pieces and add to the onions.

Add the spices to taste. I took salt, black and red pepper, Svan salt and a little nutmeg. Fry until almost cooked (until it evaporated the water from the meat).

While meat is roasting, peel the potato and grate it on a grater (not the smallest, and then get trough).

Then put the grated Apple (if the skin is hard - it is better to clean).

Fill with grated cheese on top and slightly press the arm, then the cheese is not stretched.

Grease the surface with mayonnaise. To cheese not stretched, I took a metal spatula and spared no mayonnaise.

Put the form in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40min. For education especially delicious crust on the last 5min. I turned on the convection (if you have electric oven).
