Cooking
clean the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater. wash in cold water.
with the help of paper towels and squeeze dry the potatoes.add salt, pepper.
in a saucepan, pour little oil and spread the potatoes. we stamp it with a fork.
fry potatoes on medium heat, with the lid closed, 10 minutes with large plate, turn over the potatoes, and fry for another 10 min.
the dish is served hot.
