Cooking

step-0
Boil the pasta until soft. I tried the version written in my pack (bake raw) :)
step-1
Makaroshki until cooked, cut the onion...
step-2
... throw it in the pan and fry until Golden brown... and proceed to the mushrooms, if large, cut, if not, then once in the pan leave them...
step-3
... fry...
step-4
... our finely chop the fillets.
step-5
... and also throw in the pan...
step-6
... I did a version without mushrooms for my grandma :))) so, on the second pan, I went half the breast, some...
step-7
... roast our stuffing in the pan, where the mushrooms, add 25-30 gr unsalted butter - so delicious :)))..
step-8
... add to the stuffing mix and melted cheese...
step-9
... sprinkle with nutmeg, salt...
step-10
... stuffed with our shells...
step-11
Prepare the Bechamel sauce :) In a pan melt 3 tbsp of butter (60-70 Gy), add flour
step-12
Separately heat milk (not boil). Then gradually pour into the pan, stirring to avoid lumps. Cook until thick, then salt, pepper, add the greens.
step-13
Pour our sauce in the shells..
step-14
For the second batch of "chicken cheese" prepare the sauce. To do this in a frying pan, where we were preparing the sauce (or just in a pan) pour water (2 cups approx) and add the mushroom seasoning 1.5 tbsp mix Well to dissolve.
step-15
Fill our shells with the second sauce
step-16
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. If you cook raw pasta, about 50 min - 1 hour
step-17
If already cooked, then 20-30 min.
step-18
Take out from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese
step-19
And another 5 minutes to brown
step-20
Bon appetit :)))
