Cooking
The beetroot wrap in foil.Bake in the oven at 180-200 gr.C, for 1.5 hours.
For the roasted beets to cool and cut into slices.
The fitaki cheese or put in a blender and beat until cream.
Squeeze the cream from thetaxi garlic and finely chop the dill.Mix well.
On a platter arrange the sliced beets on top nicely squeeze the cream from thetaxi and sprinkle with nuts.
