Appetizer of beet turns out juicy. Spicy taste is pine nuts.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Fetaki

    400 g

  • Cream

    60 ml

  • Pine nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

The beetroot wrap in foil.Bake in the oven at 180-200 gr.C, for 1.5 hours.

For the roasted beets to cool and cut into slices.

The fitaki cheese or put in a blender and beat until cream.

Squeeze the cream from thetaxi garlic and finely chop the dill.Mix well.
