Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Lemon juice

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lettuce

Aubergine bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at maximum temperature. Very finely chop the zucchini and pickle them in soy sauce with lemon for 5 minutes.
