Eggplant-barbecue
We wanted to make kebabs, I found in the fridge for a few fresh balaganchika that turned out!!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    30 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spices

Eggplant cut into slices the thickness of 1-1,5 cm

Cut into rings, white onion (it is juicier and not as bitter), add the eggplant, salt, pepper, add spices for barbecue

Pour mixed with water, vinegar, sunflower oil and mix well, a little crush with your hands so that the eggplant is soaked in the liquid, leave to marinate for a couple of hours

When the eggplant is marinated, place on barbecue grill and cook on the grill

After balaganchika we prepared skewers of pork, recipes this barbecue a lot and all the different options we have doing mineral water with vinegar, and most importantly - lots of ONIONS!!!
