Products for biscuits.
Chocolate cookies: Mix sugar 100 g almonds 100 g
Add the flour 90 g sifted cocoa, add 100 g of butter. Mix well.
Golden cookies: Mix sugar 100 g almonds 100 g flour 110 g, add the oil and mix well.
Roll the dough into balls and put on 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.
Chocolate dough roll into balls the size of a cherry. Place them at a distance from each other on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. The same procedure is done with Golden pastry.
Bake in pre-heated to 150"C oven for 15-20 minutes.
Melt the chocolate (I do this directly in the food pouch in the microwave, and then cut off a small tip of the bag). To transplant in the center of the chocolate and flatten it over the entire area of the other half of the cookies.
Put a few minutes in the refrigerator and allow the chocolate to harden.
