Description
Kuru incirli pasta. Very delicious cake with a filling of figs, Apple and walnuts. Figs and walnuts very often meets with Turkish pastries.

Cooking
Per day the dry figs to soak in hot water. Slice finely.
Peel and seed the apples, cut into cube, too small.
To melt margarine, mix with sugar and cinnamon.
Add the margarine, apples, figs and chopped walnuts. Add a glass of hot water and stir very well.
Now add the flour and baking powder. Again mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish (I used baking paper). Put in preheated oven (180 deg.) 35-40 minutes.
When cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
