This cake I prepared for the birthday of his mother, which always happens in post. She likes moderately sweet desserts, chocolate and the fruit, which I gathered together in this cake ;) Try it :)

Cooking
To prepare the biscuit. Cashews (or drugiej nuts) and sugar to make the flour through the grinder.
Combine all dry ingredients: peanut flour with sugar, baking powder, vanilla and plain flour, mix well.

Put the dough in a detachable form for baking (I have Ф18см) with baking paper (I only have the bottom, sides smeared with oil).
Bake at 180*C for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
Meantime, prepare the cream mousse. From water and semolina cook porridge (I have semolina from Mistral).
Add sugar, mix, then broken into pieces chocolate, mix until smooth.
Add the juice and lemon zest and mix well.

Spread chocolate Manne cream mousse.
Cover with the second Korzh, lightly press. Put into the refrigerator until use.
To prepare jelly from papaya. Agar-agar soak in water until it swells. Papaya blend with a blender.
Pour juice of orange and lemon, mix well.
Agar-agar, bring to boil, cook for 2-3 minutes until dissolved, then pour in the mashed papaya and mix quickly.
To get the cake from the refrigerator, pour the jelly. Remove unova in the fridge before serving (better to leave overnight so that the cream-mousse grabbed)
Before serving, carefully remove the cake from the mold.
Decorate with fruit and coconut.
