Cake
This cake I prepared for the birthday of his mother, which always happens in post. She likes moderately sweet desserts, chocolate and the fruit, which I gathered together in this cake ;) Try it :)

Ingredients

  • Cashews

    40 g

  • Sugar

  • Leavening agent

  • Lemon juice

  • Vanilla

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

  • Lemon

  • Papaya

    300 g

  • Agar-agar

    3 g

  • Orange juice

    50 ml

  • Kiwi

  • Mango

  • Coconut shavings

  • Vegetable oil

    40 ml

Cooking

To prepare the biscuit. Cashews (or drugiej nuts) and sugar to make the flour through the grinder.

Bake at 180*C for 20-25 minutes. Cool.

Meantime, prepare the cream mousse. From water and semolina cook porridge (I have semolina from Mistral).
