Cooking
Knead the dough. To do this, beat with a mixer the margarine (butter), egg, yogurt, sugar, vanilla and cottage cheese in a homogeneous mass. Continuing to whisk on low speed, add two cups of flour. Continue to add the flour, how much dough that it is soft... airy... light, but not stick to hands... but it is not necessary to add more flour to 4 cups.
The bottom of a split form to lay a baking paper, grease it and the sides well with oil. Put the dough, stretch the dough from the center to the top of the rim and slightly sideplay upstairs to the dough when baking is not slid down. On top of the pie to put parchment and fill it with beans (peas), bake in a preheated 215 tusovka 15 minutes.
Then the paper and beans removed and cook for another 7 minutes.
Bananas, a nectarine and an orange cut into slices.
In the middle of the pie to put Turkish delight (here is my recipe of Turkish delight: http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/11656/ ) and have him drown inside..
On Turkish delight put a layer of bananas and then oranges. Nadinochka sprinkle with lemon juice and juice resulting from the slicing of an orange. The sides of the pie to close the foil.
Cook in a preheated 180 C oven until tender (about 20 minutes). Five minutes before the end sprinkle the cake with berries and return to the oven (the berries is better to take frozen, not thawed, to make it more moisture).
The cake should cool in pan, then carefully transfer to a serving dish... Decorate with nectarine... Bon appétit!! :)
and this is pie in the cut :)
