Pancakes with liver pate
Today we have a day of pancakes!!! Nothing difficult, but the pate melts in your mouth, very delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Pate

Egg mix with sugar and salt.

Add room temperature yogurt and water if the yogurt out of the fridge and pour in the boiling water. Next, add the yeast.

Knead the dough. And let it sit for 20 minutes.

I have liver pate Turkey in the form of sausage. Pate neatly cut slices.

Preheat the frying pan, pour oil, a spoonful of the dough, on the dough circle to the pie.
