Cooking
The rice to soak for 10 minutes in 100 ml of boiling water.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater
Finely chop the onion
Mix mince, carrot, onion and rice (the water from the rice drain). Spices to taste.
Fry
Prepare the sauce. 400 ml of water, flour, starch, sugar, tomato paste, sour cream, garlic.
Pour hedgehogs. I add water to all hide.
Program suppression 1 hour
