Basket
I hasten to disappoint the sweet tooth... it's not sweet tarts. This baskets with meat, very flavorful, with onion, fennel (which I loved last time), opiatnami and tomatoes. Very tasty and juicy!!!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fennel

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Marjoram

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Pork cut into small cubes.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Add the onion, diced.

Fennel, diced.

After 5 minutes add the mushrooms. I have not very big, so I don't cut.

Season with salt and pepper - to taste. Add marjoram.

Puff pastry thawed and roll it out. With the help of molds cut out circles.

Put them in greased with vegetable oil form. To pin down.

In each basket put the stuffing.

Tomatoes cut into slices and put on top.

For the sauce mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.

Pour over the top of the pastry. I put in a package and by making a small hole, watered basket.

Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven until ready test (30 minutes). Baskets are ready!!! Bon appetit!!!
