Strawberry jam with white chocolate
Very fragrant, sweet and sour jam with a taste of strawberry and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Galereya mix

    1 pack

  • Citric acid

    1 pack

  • White chocolate

    100 g

Strawberries wash, dry and cut into slices. Large berries cut into quarters.

Add in berries, sugar, a bag of confiture.

Citric acid and mix gently.

Chocolate cut into small cubes.

Content to put on a high heat and stir until boiling. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Jam remove from heat, add chocolate pieces and mix gently. In a prepared clean jars to pour the jam, close the sterilized lids and put upside down for 5 minutes. Then flip and leave until cool. This jam can be stored 3-4 months in a cool place.
