Ate this salad in a restaurant, loved it, but couldn't understand what kind of sauce (it turned out that everything is ridiculously simple!). After a long search, found all the same recipe, slightly tweaked, and now I stand in your court. I apologize for the photo quality, something with my camera.

Cooking
Liver cut into 3-4 pieces
Salt, pepper and fry in sunflower oil, each piece should lie separately
While the liver is fried, coarsely cut nuts: each slice into 2-3 pieces
Vystelim a salad plate, spread on top of thinly sliced orange wedges
Fried liver put the oranges and cook the sauce. Melt butter, squeeze into it half a lemon, salt, pepper
Liver sprinkle with nuts, pour hot sauce and the salad is ready.
